Why the First Worldwide Amendment?
Any individual with more than one billion dollars in assets shall be treated as a country in that the use of its assets above one billion dollars shall be subject to democratic rule, rule by referenda.
This Amendment is necessary to bring about the promise of the Declaration of Independence, that all are entitled to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Without this clause individuals can form elite bodies to promote their ideologies against the values and beliefs of the masses. This Amendment restores individual rights to their proper place relative to group rights.
Why the Second Worldwide Amendment?
No Company or Organization shall deprive any person in its employ, or operating for it as a contractor, of life, liberty, or property, and happiness, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its employ, or operating as a contractor for it, the equal protection of the laws. This Amendment specifically incorporates all of the provisions of the Bill of Rights.

Every individual shall have the inalienable right to bodily integrity, which entitles that individual to make any and all decisions as to what they put into their body, and no government, business or organization shall have the right to violate or punish that individual for refusing any treatment to their body that they do not want.

Why the Fourth Branch?
A Moral Branch.
The moral branch of government shall be comprised of a body of 10,000 leaders.
The moral branch of government shall be vested with the following authority.
It shall have the power to override an Act of Congress by a three-quarters vote.
It shall have the power to override an Executive Order by a three-quarters vote.
The moral branch of government shall be comprised of religious and ethical leaders, of individuals with assets less than one million dollars, or annual incomes of less than $100,000 per year, on average for five out of the ten years prior to serving.
The Moral body, of 10,000 individuals, shall elect one individual each year to serve on the Cabinet of the Executive Branch. Such Cabinet official shall be included in all Cabinet meetings.
The Moral body, of 10,000 individuals, shall elect two individuals each year to serve on the Supreme Court for a term of one year, and such individuals shall be entitled to vote on all cases before it in their term.
Why the Fourth Branch?
It's already widely known that there is a fourth branch, of course, this fourth branch, which is the media, and other institutions, is informal. The Fourth Branch we propose is for a formal addition to the Constitution, but in the interim, we can act now as a branch, much as the media and other institutions act as a fourth branch.
