Frequently Asked Questions
Why a Worldwide Amendment as opposed to solely an Amendment to the U.S. Constitution?
The idea is to amend the U.S. Constitution. At the same time, we want to offer people from around the world the opportunity to speak up and out against the power of billionaires and companies. It may very well be that we need the voices throughout the world to counter the power of multi-national and global billionaires and companies.
Is it right to add amendments to the Constitution?
While many of us would love it if the Constitution, as it exists, was sufficient to stop materialistic and excessive individuals from trouncing on the rights of individuals, unfortunately, it is not. Thus, Amendments are needed.
Isn't it harder to achieve an Amendment to a Constitution than a law?
It is certainly a difficult challenge to ratify an Amendment. Yet, while, I'd like to say that nothing is impossible, it is fair to say with the two-party uniparty in the United States, beholden to corporate interests, it is impossible to obtain a law that would stop excessive wealth from controlling the lives of human citizens, thus an Amendment to the Constitution is actually easier to achieve than a law, in this regard.
Is it achievable? Can we really ratify new Amendments, such as these, to the U.S. Constitution?
No, probably not, but we can and should sign the Amendments anyway, for the following reason. With enough signatures and support, we may actually put a stop to some of the Virus' encroachment on human lives.
Why are they The Virus?
They have behaved like the Virus. See the Thomas Paine Pamphlet explaining. In a nutshell, they have targeted the masses by straining and stressing the lives of the masses with debt, low wage growth, high health care costs and taxes, while their relative wealth grows and their indulgence in luxuries and excessiveness grows. Some have said they are like a cancer, but it equally could be said that they're like a virus - and must be stopped.
Who are the "they" in they are The Virus?
The they is not only those who have massive amounts of financial and material control, but also those who worship a wealth-creating-disparity-creating machine.
Are these Amendments pro-Socialism or pro-Communism?
No, these are pro healthy capitalism, or any ism - they are, again, pro healthy isms. Capitalism, for it to be effective, needs to operate in a moral environment, where the rules are fair and the playing field is fair. Think of this as you would a sports game, we need a fair playing field and rules, that do not pertain to one but not the others. Currently, the rules that pertain to the wealthy are very different than the rules that pertain to the masses. The idea that "we are all in this together" is far from true. Millions of people have suffered far more than those who are telling everyone else what to do.
Can the leaders be trusted?
Not until the leaders are put in the same boat as the masses will they treat the masses better. If their wealth and luxuries are limited, then we can be sure that their interests will be more aligned with the interests of the masses, and then we can better trust their motives are for the best for the masses.
Why do we need a fourth branch of government, the Moral Branch?
Currently, there is far too little representation in government of the masses. Many at the top might be considered unhealthy and immoral in many ways, ways that millions of everyday citizens are not. Yet, the millions of everyday, moral and healthy citizens are being trounced on by the unhealthy and immoral leaders.
This is not a new idea, that those at the top, some or many of them, might be unhealthy and immoral. The quote, "Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely," a quote by Sir John Dalberg-Acton, 8th Baronet, makes the point.
A Moral Branch will empower everyday citizens to check and balance the power of the "almighty dollar" - we want the power of the almighty, and the power of the people, with morals and values to counter the financial values. It should not be that the makers of unhealthy products and services have control over the lives of millions who are healthy and moral.
Do we really have representative government, when dollars are aggregated so much in the hands of the few?
More and more people are talking about the power of corporatism. They're noting the dangers of corporatism. It's time to put some power in the hands of the masses to counter the power of corporatism. The fourth branch does this.
Is this non-violent?
Yes. The idea of adding amendments, and a fourth branch to the Constitution is non-violent. In fact, it very well maybe that we are heading to a violent revolution, or much greater civil unrest if we do not do something to check the power of money, and the worship of money.
Whether you champion or criticize the Founding Fathers of the U.S. Constitution, you need to sign these Amendments.
If you're a champion the Founding Fathers, then you need to act to uphold their efforts. Their essential opposition was to rule by a few. They never could have imagined that a few wealthy individuals and a relative few wealthy organizations would have nearly the same or more power than countries over the lives of millions. Thus, if you're a champion of the Founding Fathers, you need to support their efforts by carrying on their legacy, opposing the modern day Kings and Queens, or what we can fairly accurately call The Virus.
If you're a critic of the Founding Fathers, then you need to act to show that you are better. You need to sign Amendments that will rein in the power of the wealthy few and expunge The Virus.
Why rule over wealth by referenda?
The only way for the masses to check the power of the few, and corporatism, is by referenda. The two party uniparty in the United States, working with huge corporations (corporatism) can only be checked by direct vote, and the vote(s) must be over the allocation of money. The only way to equalize the power, or reduce the power of the relative few is by giving the masses the power to vote for how money should be spent.
This would not invalidate our current governmental processes, but rather would be an additional way for money to be allocated, as the new pot of money, from The Virus, is made available to the masses.
Why the First Worldwide Amendment?
Any individual with more than five billion dollars in assets shall be treated as a country in that the use of its assets above five billion dollars shall be subject to democratic rule, rule by referenda.
This Amendment is necessary to bring about the promise of the Declaration of Independence, that all are entitled to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. This Amendment restores individual rights to their proper place relative to group rights.

No Company or Organization shall deprive any person (human) in its employ, or operating for it as a contractor, of life, liberty, or property, and happiness, without due process of law; nor deny to any person (human) within its employ, or operating as a contractor for it, the equal protection of the laws.
